1. Commissioned Pieces

All pieces purchased through our custom charm builder are hand-finished at our New York atelier. Lead time is 7–14 business days from order confirmation. Commissioned arrangements are made-to-order and are not eligible for returns once production has begun, except in the case of a defect attributable to our atelier.

2. Gold Pricing

Prices for pieces made of gold track the live spot price of gold and are updated every 24 hours. Our charm builder displays the current spot price and 30-day trend so you can see exactly what the market is doing.

What this means for your cart:

The price you see at the moment of add to cart is the price that will be charged, provided you complete checkout in the same session.
If you return the next day to an abandoned cart, prices may have shifted up or down with the gold market.
To guarantee today's price for up to 48 hours, use our Price Lock service ($99, non-refundable, credited toward your purchase).
Historical prices are not retroactively adjusted. Once your order is placed, the price is fixed.

3. Custom Designs

Your design — including chain variant, Magic Middle selection, lariat, and charm arrangement — is saved with your order as both a visual preview and a structured arrangement record so our atelier can reproduce it faithfully. We will reach out if anything in your arrangement is ambiguous or infeasible to produce as configured.

4. Intellectual Property

All designs, imagery, and interface elements on this site are the intellectual property of Ilene Joy. Customer-submitted arrangements composed from our catalog of charms, chains, and Magic Middles remain Ilene Joy’s for production purposes and may be referenced in marketing materials anonymously.

5. Shipping & Returns

Orders ship insured within the United States at no additional charge. International shipping is available at checkout. Custom commissioned pieces are final sale; stock products are returnable within 14 days of delivery in unworn condition.
