How long does a custom charm necklace take to make?

Each charm necklace is handmade to order and is typically ready in about 7 business days before it ships.

What are Ilene Joy charm necklaces made of?

Solid 14k or 18k gold. The charms and medallions are individually crafted and set with pavé diamonds and gemstones, and every piece is handmade.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. Domestic orders ship complimentary the next business day, fully insured. For international orders, email shipping@ilenejoy.com and we reply within 24 hours.

How does the charm builder work?

Choose your gold chain, then layer on charms and medallions while previewing your design as a flatlay and on a model. When it looks right, add it to cart and check out, and each arrangement is hand-finished by our jeweler.

Can I get help choosing size or fit?
