Ilene Joy stands behind every piece we make. Should your jewelry ever need to be reviewed, adjusted, or cared for, the atelier is here to help.

Repair eligibility and pricing depend on the piece, materials, condition, and nature of the service requested. To request assistance, please email atelier@ilenejoy.com with your name, order number if available, photos of the piece, and a description of the issue.

Warranty Review

Ilene Joy stands behind the quality of its craftsmanship. If you believe your piece has a manufacturing issue, please contact us so the atelier can review it.

Damage from normal wear, accidents, improper care, loss, chain breakage from pulling, bent prongs, chipped stones, resizing by another jeweler, or third-party service is not considered a manufacturing defect.

Pieces altered, serviced, or repaired by another jeweler may no longer be eligible for Ilene Joy repair or warranty review.
