The Arrival
Every piece arrives as an occasion.
Your commission travels to you the way it was made — by hand, with intention. From the ribbon to the seal, the unboxing is part of the piece.
Our Signature Box
Each piece rests inside the Ilene Joy box — clean, substantial, and stamped with our monogram. The inner tray slides open to reveal your jewel held in place, the way a keepsake should be kept.
Hand-Tied
A soft brown grosgrain ribbon is tied by hand around every box before it leaves the atelier. Nothing about the arrival is automated — it is finished by the same hands that finished the piece.
Wrapped in the House Mark
Inside, your jewel is folded in tissue printed with the repeating Ilene Joy logo — a quiet flourish that makes the moment before you see the piece feel considered, and yours.
Sealed by the Atelier
Every package is closed with the Ilene Joy seal — our mark that the piece has been reviewed, signed off, and sent with care. Breaking it is the first gesture of ownership.
A Note From the Bench
A handwritten card accompanies each commission. For gifts, we write the message you leave at checkout — so the piece arrives already carrying your words.
The Piece Within
And then — the reveal. Whatever you designed, held exactly as you imagined it, hand-finished in Los Angeles and ready to be worn, layered, and lived in.
